Graduate Development Programme of the Year - This category aims to recognise those companies that have a strong development program – one that sets young engineers off on the right foot in their career.

Young Engineer Champion of the Year - A single guiding hand does incredible work to develop our future engineering leaders. This award acknowledges these advocates and the influence they have on emerging engineers.
Winners will be announced at the Awards function on 24 October, at Dockside in Sydney on the beautiful Cockle Bay Wharf.
Prizes - Student, Graduate and Young Engineer of the Year
Finalists: Finalists will receive an invitation, flights and accommodation to attend the Awards function.
First: Winners will receive a $1,000 cash prize trophy, and have their achievement celebrated on social media and across CIBSE's communication platforms.

Finalists - Young Engineer Champion of the Year: Ticket to the ceremony, flights and accommodation to attend the Awards function.
Finalists - Graduate Development Programme of the Year: Two tickets to the ceremony.
First Prize - Champion of the Year & Graduate Development Programme: A trophy, and have their achievement celebrated on social media and across CIBSE's communication platforms.
