Alan Ashby is a Chartered Engineer and independent energy efficiency consultant with more than 35 years’ experience in the operation and management of complex buildings. As Director of AA Energy Consulting, he specialises in NABERS assessments, facilities management, building performance, and helping owners and operators improve energy efficiency and operational outcomes.

Chris Bird
Senior Project Manager at RCP
Chris is a civil engineer with a wide range of project experience.  He has worked on projects ranging from beach replenishment, through to tunnels, airports and hospitals.

He started his career in the UK working as a contractor and then moved to NZ 25 years ago and at that time switched to client side project manager.

His latest project was the $250m central plant and tunnels scheme at Auckland Hospital.
