Ragumuthukumar

Ragumuthukumar is a Chartered Engineer (UK) and Fellow of CIBSE with over 27 years of experience in building services engineering, MEP design, project delivery and engineering leadership across the Middle East.

He currently serves as an MEP Expert and Client Design Lead with OMRAN Group, providing strategic engineering governance for major luxury hospitality and mixed-use developments.

His professional credentials include CEng, FCIBSE, MSc, CEM®, LEED AP BD+C, MASHRAE, and Professional Consultant (Mechanical) with the Oman Society of Engineers.

His experience spans major international hospitality, aviation, infrastructure and government developments, with project experience exceeding USD 5.5 billion in capital value.

He is passionate about advancing engineering excellence, sustainability and professional development, and actively contributes to the profession as a CIBSE membership and CEng assessor, university external examiner and mentor to emerging engineers.
