The six sections of this appendix list legislation and standards relevant to lifts, escalators and moving walks (passenger conveyors). The lists were as comprehensive and as up-to-date as possible at the time of their preparation (10 May 2015). Some entries indicate ‘under review’ at the time of publication and readers are advised to seek the latest version. The entries are arranged in numerical and date order. They include entries that are not now current. These may be useful when dealing with equipment not installed to the current requirements.
