Government is currently consulting on the regulations which will be introduced relating to the costs of new legal duties for landlords and building owners of higher-risk residential buildings to keep their building safe.
This consultation and call for evidence seeks views on the proposed transparency requirements associated with the ongoing costs of implementing and then operating the new building safety regime and the impact of different commencement timings and sequencing. It will be relevant to those who own and operate higher risk buildings.
