Synopsis

Following the introduction of the Building Safety Act in 2022, the industry has been actively seeking guidance and solutions for complying with the new legislation and safety measures, and best practice when seeking compliance with the Golden Thread requirements

We aim to take one step further than simply understanding the basis of the legislation and where it applies; by providing examples of practical tools and approaches used on projects, which will support delivery and implement the requirements of the Act successfully.
