Facilities Management
This Award recognises and celebrates the achievements of a Facilities Management (FM) team or project, whether in-house or outsourced, which delivers outstanding building performance from an individual building, a site with several buildings or a portfolio of assets.
Open for entry to FM teams worldwide, entries should cover a full year of facilities management activity, supported by operational performance data during the period 1 September 2019 - 31 August 2021.

Project of the Year
Recognising and celebrating buildings that most effectively demonstrate high levels of user satisfaction and comfort while delivering outstanding measured building performance. Creating this type of exemplar building is demanding and the CIBSE BPA recognise the work and dedication of the project team.
Winners will be selected from the below categories, please select all appropriate categories that apply to your entry. Entries into categories 2-10 as seen on the list below must be from within the United Kingdom. For all International entries please select category 1 only.

Open to entry to any or all members (together) of the project team and must be accompanied by full year of operational data reported data, by filling in the data collection spreadsheet. Projects must have completed during the period 1 June 2018 to 31 August 2020.

Building Performance Engineer of the Year
Recognises and rewards the important work done by practicing Building Services Engineers and their contribution to the performance of the built environment. It celebrates individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to engineering in 2018-2020. Please note that this is not a lifetime achievement award.
The Engineer of the Year is a nominator-driven award; self-nominations will not be accepted.

CIBSE Embodied Carbon Award
This award recognises exceptional contributions to understanding and reducing embodied carbon in building services. Embodied carbon is increasingly acknowledged as a major contributor to carbon emissions and must be addressed alongside operational carbon to meet net zero carbon goals.
Open for entry from UK or international organisations. Entries should be for work conducted between 1 September 2019 to 31 August 2021.
