For the past nine years, the CIBSE ANZ Young Engineer Awards have recognised outstanding emerging talent fostering innovation within building services. The 2026 CIBSE ANZ Young Engineers Awards function will take place in Sydney on 22 October. It is an opportunity to celebrate the remarkable accomplishments of our young engineering professionals, including students, graduates, mentors, and the businesses that support them.
The theme for the entries this year is Circular Economy - Paying it forward for the future generation - a theme that should resonate with everyone in the industry.
Applications are across four categories:
- Jack Pirie Award - Young Engineer of the Year
- Haris Moraitis Award - Graduate of the Year
- Mark Griffin Award - Student of the Year
