On Tuesday 30 June 2026, CIBSE YEN marked International Women in Engineering Day with a Sip & Paint evening.
The evening was hosted by committee members Ayomide Erinle and Esther Memeh, who brought the community together for an evening of creativity, conversation and networking in a relaxed setting.
Events like these give us the chance to step away from the busy day-to-day, make new connections and celebrate the people who make our industry such a welcoming place.

The evening was the latest in our "Sip &..." series: a set of relaxed, social evenings designed to give young engineers space to connect away from the regular day-to-day.
