DE5: Asset Information Requirements (pdf)

DE5, part of CIBSE’s Digital Engineering Series, is intended for those that specify, commission, and use Asset Information Requirements (AIRs). A free-to-all template associated with DE5 is available, and is intended to help users put theory into practice.

This guidance note is written in reference to PAS 1192-3:2014 and BS ISO 55000:2014, as these documents provide the framework around which an AIR is structured.

It is not intended to be an exhaustive or definitive document and it will be necessary for users of the guidance given to exercise their own professional judgement when deciding whether to abide by or depart from it.
