The Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) Region is about to expand its training and education services capabilities. We are seeking a range of industry specialists to work with us to significantly advance the training and education professionalism of the building services industry.
If you are interested in helping CIBSE ANZ to expand the skills and knowledge within our industry, plus you have the passion to pass on your experience to the next generation of building services professionals, then we want to hear from you.
We are specifically looking for individuals who are interested in going that extra mile to participate in the formation a new Education and Training committee. With the majority of meetings planned to be online, distance is no barrier. We would anticipate a few hours of your time per month to help make a significant difference.
We are seeking volunteers from all disciplines and at all levels in your career to get involved in making a difference for future generations. As a committee member you will be involved in assisting with the following activities:
Developing online training courses;
Arranging training for speakers;
Tailoring training and development packages to provide a route to Chartership;
Preparing educational material specific to school children to entice the younger generation to building services engineering;
Working closely with schools, colleges and universities in preparation of modules ;
Arranging content for seminars & workshops; and
Assisting with the development of technical guidance documents.
If this sounds like you, we would encourage you to get involved. Please register your interest by contacting Sharon Pestonji, CIBSE ANZ Business Development manager by email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone on 0435 979 400 to discuss how your skills, knowledge and experience will benefit the building services industry.
