Back to ANZ Region
In 2015, the CIBSE ANZ regional committee recognised the need for external assistance to further develop the region, in particular to reshape the 2016 Strategic plan. An Advisory Panel was established to bring together external industry and institutional expertise to further develop a stronger commercial and strategic focus.
We are pleased to announce two exciting and positively strategic additions to the advisory panel:

Tim Spies, CEng MCIBSE, Director at NDY recently agreed to join the panel in June, 2017. Tim brings to the panel a wealth of experience, as the Director-in-Charge of the NDY Sydney office, Tim Spies has overall responsibility for the operation of Norman Disney & Young’s New South Wales business. He has had almost 20 year of experience within the industry across a diverse range of sectors, which he has gained since gaining his Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanical
Tim joined NDY’s Sydney office in 1998. Since then, he has worked in the Melbourne, London and most recently was the Director-in-Charge of the Manchester (UK) office before returning to Sydney in 2012. Tim’s excellent understanding of the design issues facing a multidisciplinary team has been well received by his Clients. This is particularly true for projects demanding a high degree of complexity, such as laboratories, healthcare facilities and large commercial office fitouts.
Francesca Muskovic brings to the table a wealth of experience, plus her dynamic personality. Prior to her role as Policy Manager – Sustainability and Regulatory Affairs at Property Council of Australia, Frankie also previously worked at the Green Building Council of Australia and AECOM. Frankie graduated from the University of New South Wales with first class honours in aerospace engineering, specialising in aerodynamics and computational fluid dynamics.
