As a valued member of the global CIBSE community, we want to make sure you only ever receive communications that are relevant to you.
On the 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), intended to strengthen and unify data protection for all individuals, comes into effect.
What this means for you
This means that you will need to manually opt-in to any future communications you wish to receive. After 25 May 2018, you will only receive marketing communications you have actively opted-in to, so make sure you don’t miss out.
What do you need to do?
You can update your communications preferencs via your Preferences page in the MyCIBSE area by logging in. Simply select the types of communications you want to receive in future and the methods by which you are happy for us to communicate with you.
