Women in Lighting investigate gender equality in the UK Lighting Industry

Women in Lighting (WIL) have launched a survey collecting data about gender equality in the UK lighting industry as a whole.

Find out more and take the survey
The survey invites participation from lighting consultancies and engineering practices, as well as manufacturers, educators, researchers, and related disciplines which may not always be as widely represented.
Aiming to collect quantitative and qualitative data, the survey will collect figures and facts about equal opportunities, experiences of sexism, paygaps and company policies. Some questions provide the opportunity to expand on answers.
The survey is completely anonymous and participants are encouraged to share their experiences.
The survey will only take 3 minutes.
