Property Protection & Business Resilience. Design Considerations: Options & Outcomes

When delivering a building there are a myriad of decisions to make. Whether you are the client or part of the supply chain, such as the architect, main contractor, quantity surveyor, structural engineer, you have decisions to make.

You need to consider the impact of fire and what impact a fire will have – the immediate effect and the medium and long term. By thinking about this and by understanding risk, options and different scenarios, you will be able to make an informed decision.

This CPD will guide you through this process to help ensure that fire is considered as part of the overall strategy of every building.
