Heat Networks

The course is suitable for design engineers, specifiers, installers/operators working on heat networks with technologies like ground source heat pumps, biomass, biogas, anaerobic digestion, heat recovery etc.

We will discuss the different materials available to be utilised on such networks and their service life at different operating conditions.

We will also discuss several pipe jointing types with their pros and cons which will be helpful for mechanical services installers.

As a short part of this course, we will show how offsite fabrication can be useful in heat networks saving installation time and several health and safety issues.
